An endowment’s principal is preserved – never spent – and its earnings provide continued support for generations to come.
Lake Highland’s endowment is relatively new and is significantly smaller than those of many peer schools. As our endowment grows, Lake Highland receives more income from endowment investments to support operations and designated purposes, like financial aid, leadership and character programs, faculty enrichment, and STEM.
